    In drought saddened northern California we've gone the way of using runoff shower water to help water our plants. We also removed a but a small patch of lawn... and two days ago I bought zinnias to plant. A nearby neighbors zinnias continue to survive no matter his neglect. And trust me, he neglects his garden. While everything in his garden is dying a fast death, zinnias remain. Amazing.
